[Cancellation Policy]

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which reservations made with Sumii Inc. ("the Company") for accommodation and rental services may be canceled.



 

Article 1 (Definition of Cancellation)  


"Cancellation" refers to the termination of a confirmed reservation by the customer for personal reasons.



Article 2 (Timing of Contract Formation)  


A contract is considered concluded once the Company confirms the reservation and issues a "Reservation Confirmation Notice" to the customer.



 

Article 3 (Cancellation Fees)  


If you request to cancel

30 or more days before move-in:  JPY100,000 cancellation fee.

Fewer than 30 days before: One month's rent charge

No service or card processing fee refunds.

Article 4 (Force Majeure)  


Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced in the following cases:  


- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events  


- Inability to provide service due to Company circumstances  



 

Article 5 (Refund Method)  


Any refundable balance (after deducting the cancellation fee) will be transferred to the customer’s designated bank account. Transfer fees are borne by the customer.



 

Article 6 (Reservation Changes)  


Changes to reservation dates or duration are subject to availability and Company approval. Change fees may apply.
